Orlando Organics Delivery Signup

Welcome to the signup form for Orlando Organics. Filling out this form should only take a couple minutes. Please read the email that is sent to you when you sign up, as it answers most of the questions that we've found our newest customers have.

Also, if you would like to know all the fine print, and our policies and procedures, please read both the Frequently Asked Questions page and the Policies page. We want to make sure you know everything about us so you're not surprised.

Please remember that there will be a one time registration fee of $15 added to your first delivery, and that we will need a valid major credit card number in order to activate your account. You will need to email or call in with the credit card number, as we do not currently accept credit cards online. Information on how to do this will be given after you submit your signup.

	Please list two nearby cross streets that give us an idea of where your address is located. (Use 'and' instead of '&', please.)

The field for delivery instructions is where you should put any special notes about your delivery if you aren't home: i.e.: "Leave on side of house near garage." If you live in a named subdivision, please let us know the name of the community so we can better find you. If it's an apartment complex, the more information you give us to help find you, the better! If you live in a gated or guarded community, please let us know whether we will need an entry code to enter. If there is an automated gate or security guard, it is your responsibility to make sure we can get to your door. If we are stopped at the gate by a guard or a lack of gate code, we will still bill for the delivery, so please make sure we can get to your door with your food!

You must select at least one produce subscription to sign up. You may choose to receive a produce subscription either weekly or every other week. Please note that the Add-On bags can only be selected in addition to one of the primary produce bags, and not by themselves.

You may specify several fruits or vegetables that you consider favorites, and several that you would prefer not to have included in your deliveries, for personal preference or dietary reasons. We will try to accomodate these requests whenever possible, up to three items each delivery without charge.
